We believe the bible was written by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and it is God's revelation of himself to mankind and the tool to teach every believer how to live a Christ centered life.
The Trinity
The trinity is the revelation of God the Father Psalm 83:18 That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, Art the Most High over all the earth, Jesus Christ his son
Luke 1:31,35 And behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. The Holy Spirit 1 John 5:7-8 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
Water Baptism
We believe in the baptism of the repentant sinner, by which a person who accepts Jesus Christ, is born again, and then becomes a member of the body of Christ and His eternal life.
We believe in the baptism in water as a sign of identifying with the death to sin and the resurrection of Jesus for eternal life. Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues and that, through this baptism, we receive the power to be witnesses of Jesus to the world. Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.
Communion
We believe in the Lord’s Supper as a memorial of the suffering, death and resurrec of Jesus Christ on the cross. The symbolism of the bread is a representation of Jesus Christ's body that was bruised, and the wine is a representation of his blood that was shed for the washing away of all sin, and we know that he will return for us and we will live with him eternally in heaven.1 Corinthians 11:23-26 For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.
Biblical Marriage
We believe that marriage is the union of one man and one woman in a lifetime commitment to each other. Genesis 2:23-24 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
Healing
We believe in the supernatural power of God.
James 5:14
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray
over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord.
Matthew 10:8
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
Giving
At Fire and Glory Prophetic International Ministry we believe that giving is integral to establishing the Kingdom of God by spreading the good news of the gospel. While salvation is free, it takes resources to share this great news locally and globally.
Malachi 3:10-11
Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
